1. Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between the seller and the buyer whose details are provided below.

Buyer
The person who creates an order through the website and enters their information during the order process shall hereinafter be referred to as the “Buyer.”
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) ordered electronically by the Buyer through the website belonging to
AYŞİM KİMYA TEMİZLİK MADDELERİ SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ.
3. Product Information
The following details of the purchased product(s) are specified in the order details presented to the Buyer during the order process:
- Product type
- Quantity
- Sales price
- Payment method
- Delivery information
4. Delivery of the Product
The purchased products will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during the order process.
- Delivery is generally completed within 3–10 business days.
- Delays may occur due to force majeure or shipping-related issues.
5. Payment
The Buyer may pay for the ordered products using the following methods:
- Credit card
- Debit card
- Bank transfer (Havale / EFT)
- Online payment systems
The order will not be processed until the payment has been completed.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period:
- Begins on the day the product is delivered to the Buyer.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing within this period.
7. Situations Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
The right of withdrawal cannot be used in the following cases:
- Used products
- Hygiene products whose packaging has been opened
- Products specially produced according to the consumer’s request
- Chemical products that have been opened or used
8. Return Process
Products returned within the scope of the withdrawal right must be sent:
- In their original packaging
- Complete
- Undamaged
After the return is approved, the payment will be refunded to the Buyer within 14 days.
9. Force Majeure
The following situations that occur beyond the control of the parties shall be considered force majeure:
- Natural disasters
- War
- Strikes
- Internet infrastructure issues
- Delays caused by shipping companies
In such cases, the parties shall not be held liable.
10. Resolution of Disputes
In disputes that may arise from this agreement:
- Consumer Arbitration Committees within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye
- Istanbul Consumer Courts
shall have jurisdiction.
11. Entry into Force
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
