This Cancellation and Refund Policy regulates the cancellation, return, and refund conditions applicable to sales made through the website operated by

2. Right of Withdrawal

Within the scope of distance sales agreements, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

3. Return Conditions Within the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging.
  • The product must be returned complete and undamaged.
  • If available, the invoice or order information must be included in the return package.

4. Return Process

If the right of withdrawal is exercised:

  • The consumer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice.
  • After the returned product reaches us, it will be inspected.
  • If it is determined that the return conditions are met, the refund process will be initiated.

5. Refund

If the return request is approved:

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer.
  • The refund process will be completed within 14 days at the latest.

For credit card payments, depending on the bank, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your account.

6. Return Shipping Cost

For returns made under the right of withdrawal, the return shipping cost may be borne by the consumer.

If the product is defective or sent incorrectly, the return shipping cost will be covered by

7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened
  • Used products or products that are not suitable for resale
  • Chemical or special products whose packaging has been opened after delivery

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If the delivered product is:

  • Damaged
  • Missing
  • Sent incorrectly

the customer must notify us within 48 hours after receiving the product.

In such cases, the product will be replaced or refunded.
